For our Virtual VIP receptionist services our standard opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8am-7pm and Saturday 9am-3pm. We are closed bank holidays.
We also have 24/7 solutions available 365 days a year, please contact us for more details.
If someone happens to call you outside our standard operating hours (Monday to Friday from 8am-7pm and Saturday 9am-3pm) they will hear a personal voicemail recorded by your dedicated receptionist. The voicemail recording is then emailed to you free of charge. We also offer a 24/7 answering service, please get in touch for more info.
We’re as far away from a faceless call centre as you can get. We’re lucky to have a small, intimate team of highly professional people who will go out of their way to ensure your customers are happy. We do that by being friendly and proactive – if there’s something we can do better, we will. To prove to you how much we like working together, we can tell you that on average our receptionists stay with us for 5.5 years – versus 2.5 months in call centres. Boom.

Don’t worry. We’ll provide you with a local number- you can also have a Freephone 0800 or national 0845 number as an optional extra. You are welcome to simply divert numbers to us when you like, or you can advertise the number we give you as your company number and have your customers call us directly. Up to you.
With both mobiles and landlines, diverting calls is easy and instant. You simply type a number into your keypad. As each landline and mobile company has a unique set of instructions you will need to speak to your individual provider for guidance. If you then need any further assistance in diverting your calls, your receptionist will happily talk you through it. We recommend diverting all calls when you’re on holiday, in a meeting or have finished work for the day. You can also set your phones to divert calls after a certain number of rings and/or when your line is busy, ensuring you never, ever miss a call. If you advertise more than one number, simply divert all of your numbers to your unique Virtual VIP number. There is no limit to the amount of calls we can take simultaneously for you.
Absolutely! There is no limit to the number of calls you can divert to us at once to the same number. You will never hear an engaged tone.
All calls are answered in the UK between our small teams in London and Nottingham. We never outsource overseas and keep teams small so we get to know your business inside out.
You’ll get your messages right after the call ends. You choose if you want your messages per email or SMS – both are free of charge and included in our packages as standard.
We want you to stay with us because you want to, not because you have to. If you wish to end your subscription all we ask for if is a 30-day notice.
All our prices exclude VAT and our terms and conditions can be viewed here. We have worked hard to keep our T&Cs clear, fair and simple.
No. We have built our packages to suit all business from one person businesses to larger enterprises. Unused calls don’t roll over to the next month.
We don’t charge a premium to transfer any callers over to you. We simply charge per minute at the standard BT call rate. Nothing more. The current rates are 4ppm to landlines and 15ppm to mobiles.
We are happy when you are happy. If we don’t meet your expectations, let us know so we can do everything in our power to make things right. We promise to respond to any issues within 24 hours.
Nope, all we need from you is some information about your company to help us answer your calls just the way you like.
Your personal receptionist will answer any questions you have about your call records. We can also supply a list at any time.
We understand that one size doesn’t fit all. Our packages have been built to suit most businesses, but if you have a need that is not met by our packages, get in touch and we can tailor a solution especially for you.
We’re a fair bunch at Virtual VIP. If your needs change mid-month, let us know and we can look at moving you up to the next plan.
We will be in touch towards the end of your trial to hear your thoughts. If you would like to continue working with us (we hope you do!), we will need a few more details from you and we’ll just continue the service as normal.
We supply a local number as standard with all our plans, but that won’t stop you from having more! If you would like additional local, national or Freephone numbers – get in touch and we’ll let you know how much it costs.
You sure can, and many people do! You can divert as many or as few calls to us as you like. We are always here to work with you when you need us.
We don’t just offer Virtual Receptionist services. We have a great established team and are capable of supplying dedicated customer service, sales, diary management, 24/7 call outs and more. Get in touch and we can tailor something specifically for you.
Don’t worry, we got this covered. We’ll make sure you have a small back-up team consisting of 2-3 people who know your business and how to handle your calls if your dedicated receptionist is busy.
We offer a free trial on our VIP30, VIP45, VIP100 and VIP200 plans. We limit the number of calls handled during this period to a maximum of 30 to prevent unfair usage. We feel 30 calls is the ideal number of calls for you to judge our service.
