Contract Duration

The duration of the Agreement shall be for a minimum of one month from the date of the agreement unless otherwise agreed by VVIP and the Customer. The duration begins after the expiry of any trial offer. To terminate the agreement the Customer must provide VVIP with one month’s notice in writing following the initial one-month period.  VVIP can’t accept notice verbally.  Notice can be provided via email.

On some bespoke plans, we may request the customer to agree to a longer contract duration.
